• Our professional fee does not include government-mandated charges, disbursements, searches, Stamp Duty (Transfer Duty), Land Registry lodgement fees, or other statutory levies. These are separate outlays that will be calculated and advised as your matter progresses.
• During the course of the transaction, unavoidable additional disbursements may be incurred. We will advise you of any such costs and they will be payable by you.
• This quote is valid for 14 days subject to receiving your instructions. Within this period our fees will not increase. Please note that fees applicable to the Land Registry or disbursements or government charges will adjust according to the most recent scale at the time your matter completes, should changes have been made from the date of your instruction.
• Our fee is based upon the information provided. If this is incorrect or changes, you should let us know immediately.
• Fees apply to NSW residential and commercial properties only.
• For properties valued at $10,000,000 or above, please contact our office directly for a tailored quote.
• This estimate is a guide only. Your final fee will be confirmed in your costs agreement prior to engagement.
